Job overview

The post holder will project lead the funded provision to include T-level and work experience provision across UHBW aligned to the Trust’s educational strategy. The post holder will manage the operational activity of the provision including possible schools and college engagement activities. 

University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) along with member bodies of the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) are embarking upon an exciting projects to support technical pathways into healthcare.  The projects are centred on several key themes, namely; T Levels, traineeships & work experience and we are now looking for an experienced individual to lead on these areas. The post-holder will also develop activities and initiatives to influence more individuals to consider technical education as their pathway of choice.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be expected to organise, analyse and report upon complex data which tracks individual and provider progress. The post holder will lead the provision, including the development of new provision, at both Bristol and Weston sites. Therefore, the post holder will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders, in accordance with the Trust’s educational and workforce strategies. They will support and lead on aspects of the provision which contribute to improving the service and the overall impact of the offer.
