University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) is one of the largest acute Trusts in the country, bringing together a combined workforce of over 13,000 staff and over 100 different clinical services across 10 different sites, serving a core population of more than 500,000 people across South West England. The Trust has many and varied career opportunities for you to choose from.

UHBW has been rated by the CQC as ‘Good’ overall and our staff are proud to deliver excellent care to the people of Bristol, Weston and beyond. As a forward-thinking multi-award winning Trust and a digital exemplar committed to improving patient care, our world-leading research and innovations are having a positive local and global impact.

UHBW DOCTOR BANK

The Trust is looking to recruit suitably qualified doctors to work across all grades and specialties of work, ranging from a single shift to filling a more long term rota pattern with evening, weekend and on-call shifts available.

As this is ‘Bank’ work, it is on an ‘as and when’ basis with no guaranteed hours, however it does offer doctors increased flexibility by selecting shifts to work around their lifestyle.

Bristol Royal Hospital for Children is a purpose built Children’s Hospital in the south west of England located in the Centre of the beautiful and historic city of Bristol.

Within a Trust that has been recently awarded ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC, Bristol Royal Hospital for Children (BRHC) is one of the most established and cutting-edge Children’s Hospitals in the UK.  We are proud to be a tertiary referral centre for a variety of specialist conditions covering the south west of England and south Wales.
